🎉 Party Time at the Barn! 🎉 Looking for a one-of-a-kind way to celebrate your child’s special day? Saddle up for birthday fun at our horseback riding facility! Birthday parties at MC Equine are perfect for horse-loving kids ages 5 and up. Each party includes a private group riding lesson for up to 5 children, led by an experienced instructor—no riding experience needed! After the ride, your group is welcome to stay and play on our mini playground and enjoy cake and snacks at our picnic tables for as long as you like. Pricing: $250 per hour (1-hour riding session included) 🎈 You bring the party supplies—we’ll bring the ponies! 🐴 Helmets provided 🎉 Relaxed, rustic setting Make memories, build confidence, and let your child experience the joy of riding on their special day! Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. However, in order to provide the best service to all our clients and ensure the smooth operation of our lessons and camps, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Individual Lessons: To cancel or reschedule an individual horseback riding lesson, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled lesson time. cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full lesson fee. A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required for each lesson booking. Lesson Packages: For clients with lesson packages, each lesson cancellation will count against the package as if the lesson had been attended unless canceled within the 24-hour notice period. Horse Camps, Clinics, and Event Cancellations: To cancel participation in a day camp, clinic, or event, we require at least 48 hours notice before the start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of sudden illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Rescheduling: Whenever possible, we will accommodate requests to reschedule lessons or events without penalty if sufficient notice is given and availability allows. Refunds: Refunds for canceled lessons or events will be considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily for extenuating circumstances beyond the client's control. Deposit Acknowledgement: By scheduling a lesson or registering for a camp with MC Equine, you acknowledge and agree to pay the non-refundable deposit ($30 for lessons) at the time of booking. This deposit is included in the full price.
