Deposit
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the first day of camp. After that time, the deposit becomes non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, family emergencies, illness, ill weather, schedule changes, etc. Once full payment of camp registration is made, all fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, illness, or schedule changes.

Day Pass
Once full payment of camp registration is made (including the day pass), all fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, illness, or schedule changes. Single-day passes may be transferred to another date with ample notice, space permitting.

3 Day Horse Camp
The full $300 Camp registration, as well as day passes, are non-refundable. Once full payment is secured, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, behavioral dismissal, weather-related absences, or if a camper is unable to attend one or more days of camp.
